Rain or shine!!

This event will kick off rain or shine. We have had a blast at every event no matter what the weather has been so, we encourage you to get out and join us.

This is a kid friendly event! We have activities and challenges for kiddos and adults of all ages.

What to expect each day:

We usually have a few guests come in Thursday evening although the event doesn't officially kick off until Friday at noon.

Friday is usually spent hanging out catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. We usually have a fire going in the main firepit and you will most likely see guests whittling or practicing their fire making skills.

Saturday we will have the atlatl and throwing knives out to try. We will do our challenges in the afternoon and door prizes in the late evening.

Sunday our guest usually get up and start packing, some make breakfast first, and some head in town to grab breakfast together. You're welcome to stay as long as you like and take your time packing out.

What you need to know:

We will have porta toilets Friday- Sunday but we do not have running water.

Bring your own food! Generally our guests have a good time making some great foods and like to share but you are responsible for bringing your own food and drink.

Children are welcome and encouraged to join us! We kindly ask that you be responsible for your own children. Please make sure that their actions are safe and safe for those around them. Children are permitted to carry their knives but we ask that they remain sheathed or closed and they are sitting still being supervised by an adult. 

You may have a fire at your own camp spot but we ask that you create or bring your own firepit/ring and be responsible for that fire at all times.

Pack in, pack out. This is private property that we are blessed to be able to use so if you pack it in, please pack it out. If you are unable to pack out your trash, please get with one of us at BHK and make arrangements for your trash removal.

Pets are allowed but you are responsible for your animals as well as anything that may excrete from your animals. We ask that they remain on a leash for safety reasons.
